West Henderson Hospital, part of The Valley Health System, seeks a skilled Surgical Technician to assist in the operating room and ensure patient safety.

Under RN supervision, you will support surgeons, maintain sterile technique, and participate in perioperative care; applicants should have Surgical Technology training, 3–5 years experience, and valid CSFA/CSA/SA-C and BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Technical school or associate degree in Surgical Technology.
• 3–5 years surgical tech experience required; 5–8 years preferred.
• Current CSFA/CSA/SA-C certification and BLS certification.
• Must provide age-appropriate care on assigned unit.

Responsabilités

• Assist surgeons with exposure and hemostasis during procedures.
• Attend to patients' direct care needs under RN supervision.
• Maintain professional attitude, dignity, privacy and safety of patients.
• Adhere to policies and ensure safety within the surgical team.
