Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to provide branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping members feel and move better while building relationships and delivering education. You will support members with a positive experience and uphold Life Time Brand integrity.

Responsibilities include designing client programs, leading stretch and recovery sessions, conducting demos, promoting services, and maintaining all client documentation with up-to-date certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer credential.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for duration of class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Lead clients through recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Read, watch, and engage in required training for the role.
• Conduct stretch and recovery demos for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Complete all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
• Remain current on certifications, new trends, credentials and continuing education.
• Ensure members feel competent and connected by offering superior customer service and complimentary programs.
• Document all aspects of client programming.
