Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions on-site.

You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold Life Time Brand integrity while promoting stretch programs and related training services. Responsibilities include designing client programs, leading stretch and recovery sessions, ensuring safety on the fitness floor, completing documentation, and staying current with certifications and trends in this growing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Leads assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training related to the role.
• Promotes stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and education.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
