Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort in Vermont is seeking snowboard instructors for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 program. You will teach group and private lessons, delivering world-class guest service to guests of all ages in a safe, fun learning environment.

The role requires comfort snowboarding on groomed terrain, strong communication, weekend/holiday availability, and ability to work in boots for extended periods. Housing is available for staff.

Job Summary:

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage:$21.00/hr – $64.34/hrPay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives

Job Requirements:

• Must be comfortable and competent snowboarding on groomed blue terrain
• Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Strong communication skills
• Must be willing to work weekends/Holidays
• Must be comfortable being in snowboard boots for extended period of time

The expected pay range is$21.00/hr – $64.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
