Job summary

Stevens Pass Mountain Resort seeks certified ski and snowboard instructors to deliver high‑quality lessons to guests of all ages in a winter seasonal program. Roles include both full-time and part-time positions with wages starting at $21.00/hr and up to $64.34/hr, plus training and competitive perks.

Instructors will provide safety‑conscious, engaging instruction, support guest service needs, and contribute to a positive learning environment at Stevens Pass Mountain Resort.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI Level 1 or ISIA equivalent certification required.
• Fluent English communication ability.
• Comfort working with guests of all ages, including children 3+.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

• Teach group and private lessons.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage:$21.00/hr – $64.34/hr

Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more withadditionalteaching incentives

Employment Type:Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Shift Type:Full Time and Part Timehours available.For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.

Job Requirements

• MinimumPSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certificationorISIAequivalent and above
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidaysand meet minimum scheduling requirements.
• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.

The expected pay range is$21.00/hr – $64.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
