Walgreens Co. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager in delivering safe and efficient pharmaceutical services.

You will assist in dispensing, data entry, and customer interactions within a busy retail setting. Under pharmacist supervision, you will help manage inventory, process claims, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifikationen

• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Assist in pharmacy practice under pharmacist supervision and follow policy.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring medications; check for interactions.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, unpacking, and storage of Rx drugs.
• Process manual third-party claims corrections and perform clerical duties as assigned.
