Walgreens is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists and support patient care in a retail setting. You will enter patient and drug information, fill prescriptions, and help with daily store operations.

You will work under Pharmacist supervision, ensure accuracy, help with inventory, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers and patients.

Formación

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required.
• One year pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions and managing medication stock.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems accurately.
• Support inventory management and store operations under pharmacist supervision.
• Handle non-urgent phone calls and coordinate with physicians as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and quality improvement initiatives.
