Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for counting and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with store inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems; process prescriptions.
• Fill prescriptions by counting, measuring and pouring medications; verify accuracy.
• Handle cash and operate the cash register; assist customers to locate products.
• Support inventory management and maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
