Cube Care Company is seeking detail-oriented and proactive remote Certified Public Accountants to manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights for smarter business decisions from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/College degree in a relevant field.
• Proven CPA with GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with US accounting systems and GAAP.
• Familiarity with accounting applications and financial statements.
• Ability to work independently and exceed expectations.
• Procurement and logistics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, organize, and update financial records.
• Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy of documents, expenditures, and investments.
• Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank, cash, and spending accounts.
• Set up financial accounts as needed.
• Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns.
• Keep company financial information confidential.
• Ensure vendor accounts are up to date for the organization.
• Inventory management.
• China purchase management.

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactiveREMOTE CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTSto manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights that drive smarter business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, organize, and update financial records.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.


• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field.


• Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).


• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).


• Preferably experienced accounting/finance employees specializing in US Accounting System.


• Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements.


• Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently


• Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a \"can-do\" attitude


• Experience in Procurement and Logistics industry is a plus.

System Requirements:

• Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent


• Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix, or any operating system other than what is required.


• Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection


• REQUIRED WebCam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
