Cube Care Company is seeking detail-oriented, proactive remote CPAs to manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights for smarter business decisions.

You will be a trusted advisor shaping financial health and long-term growth from a remote environment while collaborating with experienced teams on cutting-edge technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Understanding of GAAP.
• Preferably experienced with US Accounting System.
• Familiarity with accounting applications and financial statements.
• Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently.
• Can-do attitude and adaptability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, and Teams.
• Procurement and Logistics experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, organize, and update financial records.
• Conduct regular audits for accuracy in financial documents.
• Daily reconciliation of bank, credit card, cash, and spending accounts.
• Setup financial accounts as needed.
• Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage payables/receivables.
• Coordinate with Tax Accountants on payments and returns.
• Monitor bookkeeping activities and maintain confidentiality.
• Keep vendor accounts up to date for the organization.
• Inventory management and China purchase management.

We is looking for detail-oriented and proactive REMOTE CPAs to manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights that drive smarter business decisions. This is more than just a number-crunching job. You will be a trusted advisor helping shape financial health and long-term growth, all from the flexibility of a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, organize, update financial records.
• Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.
• Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank accounts, cash accounts, spending accounts, etc.
• Setup financial accounts as needed.
• Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivables.
• Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns.
• Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly.
• Keep company financial information confidential.
• Ensure vendor accounts are kept up to date for the entire organization.
• Inventory Management
• China Purchase Management

Qualifications:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Preferably experienced accounting/finance employees specializing in US Accounting System.
• Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements.
• Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently
• Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a “can-do” attitude
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Experience in Procurement and Logistics industry is a plus.

System Requirements:

• Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
• Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB
• Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix, or any operating system other than what is required.
• Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection
• REQUIRED Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port
• REQUIRED WebCam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
