This remote, full-time role offers healthcare, paid vacation, and opportunities for growth. You will liaise with tax accountants and oversee confidential bookkeeping while using MS Office daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and CPA work experience required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and familiarity with US accounting systems.
• Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, organize, and update financial records and perform audits for accuracy.
• Reconcile credit cards, bank and cash accounts; oversee ledgers and vendor accounts.
• Liaise with tax accountants and monitor bookkeeping confidentiality.
