Banner Health seeks a Certified Patient Care Assistant to join the Observation Unit at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. You will support patients needing short-term care, work with RNs, and provide essential daily care in a fast-paced unit.

The role includes admissions, documentation, and collaboration with the care team. Night shifts with weekend/holiday rotation are required; sign-on bonus available for qualified CNAs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Active CNA license in state of practice required for new hires.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and maintain mobility.
• Collect specimens and vital signs; document data in medical records.
• Communicate patient status and care plans to the team clearly.
• Perform procedures and assist with unit-specific tasks under supervision.
• Support clerical duties and manage charting and supplies.
