The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus for licensed CNAs or LNAs, with weekend/holiday rotation and a favorable unit environment focused on high-acuity patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification in state of practice required for new hires.
• BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care to promote comfort and contribute to the care plan.
• Collect patient data and document in medical records.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform routine procedures under supervision as trained (e.g., EKGs, specimen collection).
• Support unit operations, including clerical duties and supply management.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate charting and documentation.
