Job summary

Harvest Crossing Post Acute is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to assist in providing quality patient care under the supervision of licensed therapists. Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant curriculum.
• Current, active license as Physical Therapist.
• CPR Certification, as required for license renewal.
• Experience in long term care preferred.
• Must read, analyze, and interpret technical information in English.
• Able to perform weight and measurement calculations.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes treatment plans under supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Communicates with patients, families, referring physicians and team members.
• Provides timely written documentation per facility and department requirements.
• Maintains licensure and coordinates with rehab staff.
• Supports and participates in department operations and development.
