Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients as part of assessment, treatment planning and implementation.
• Conduct screenings to determine intervention needs.
• Assist in evaluation processes for self-care, mobility, and coordination under supervision.
• Develop target lists, short-term and long-term goals and treatment plans with the OT.
• Deliver individual treatment per plan and adapt activities to patient performance.
• Maintain documentation, safety, infection control and adherence to standards.
