Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized plans of care and help patients progress toward functional goals.

Responsibilities include delivering treatment programs, documenting patient responses, communicating with the OT, Director of Rehab, and facility staff, and operating standard therapy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments and assist with therapy sessions as prescribed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Assist treating patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Occupational Therapists.
• Document patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
