Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Perring Parkway. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a COTA who enjoys helping residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday activities in a supportive skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do
