King David Nursing and Rehab in Pikesville, MD is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role. You will work under the supervision of an OT to help residents build independence and perform daily activities.

Salary is $33–$38 per hour with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), paid time off, CE support, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Requires an active Maryland COTA license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred but not required.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at King David Nursing and Rehab. Work alongside experienced clinicians while helping residents build the skills needed for greater independence and participation in everyday activities.

What You’ll Do
