Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the Autumn Lake at Summit Park rehabilitation team in Catonsville, MD. This full‑time role provides occupational therapy under supervision, helping residents strengthen daily living skills and regain independence in meaningful activities.

You will implement treatment programs, monitor progress, educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques, and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland COTA license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team.
• New graduate COTAs are encouraged to apply.
• Post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Support residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
• Implement treatment programs established by the supervising OT
• Track resident progress and communicate relevant updates to the therapy team
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety strategies
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to become part of the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Summit Park. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents strengthen everyday skills and regain confidence with the activities that matter most to them.

What You’ll Do
