Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Summit Park in Catonsville, MD. This full-time role focuses on helping residents improve daily function and independence.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland COTA license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team.
• New graduate COTAs are encouraged to apply.
• S-skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Support residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks.
• Implement treatment programs established by the supervising OT.
• Track resident progress and communicate relevant updates to the therapy team.
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety strategies.
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals.

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to become part of the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Summit Park. What You'll Do

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
