Job summary

Ultimate Therapy LLC in Silver Spring is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. Silver Spring at Autumn Lake, Silver Spring, MD, $36–$40/hour

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions while supporting independence and functional improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities focused on self-care, coordination, balance, and upper extremity strength
• Support implementation of individualized treatment plans and adaptive strategies
• Observe resident performance and communicate updates to the supervising OT
• Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation
