Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Arcola in Silver Spring, MD. This full-time role offers hands-on work with residents to improve daily function, independence, and confidence.

Salary ranges from $36 to $40 per hour with medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off and holiday pay, continuing education support, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
• Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT
• Monitor resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the clinical team
• Reinforce adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and therapeutic activities
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Arcola. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work directly with residents while helping them improve everyday function, build confidence, and achieve greater independence.

What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
• Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT
• Monitor resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the clinical team
