PACS Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in line with each resident’s care plan and supervisor directions.

You will identify residents, assist with daily living activities, and help prepare them for tests while maintaining privacy and respectful care. CPR certification is preferred and teamwork with nursing staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general procedures and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents with wristband or photo card before care.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts clearly and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and PHI.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including meals and personal care.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations when required.
