Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan. The role requires active participation in patient care, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to facility policies.

The successful candidate will assist with daily living tasks, monitor residents, and communicate changes to supervisors while maintaining a warm, respectful environment for residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristbands or photo cards.
• Report all changes in residents’ conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as instructed.
• Record observations accurately on flow sheets and charts.
