Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per the resident care plan. You will identify residents, document care, and promptly report changes to supervisors while maintaining privacy and safety standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, preparing rooms, and supporting residents with meals, hygiene, and mobility under supervision in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries on flow sheets and notes in an informative manner.
• Report all changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily nursing care and activities per care plan.
• Prepare the resident's room for admission or transfer and greet them accordingly.
• Assist with feeding, hygiene, mobility, and positioning as directed by staff.
