PACS Group seeks a CNAs to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in Carson City, NV. You will work under supervision to implement care plans, assist with daily activities, and ensure residents’ comfort and safety in a post-acute setting.

Ideal candidates are skilled in documenting care, communicating changes to supervisors, and maintaining a respectful, warm environment for residents and staff within PACS Group facilities across the country.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents before administering treatments and other tasks.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts in an informative manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report breaches.
• Assist residents with daily functions and personal care items as needed.
