Elite Care Management, Inc. in Venice, Florida is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our private duty healthcare team. You will work with one patient for the full shift, mornings only, with a 6‑hour weekly schedule and no weekend work.

Compensation is $22/hour with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff. Requirements include FL State Certification as CNA or HHA with 75‑hour HHA training and CPR certification, plus standard IDs and licensing documents.

Qualifications

• Florida CNA or HHA certification required with 75‑hour HHA training.
• Current CPR certification.
• Social Security Card and valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• TB test (2‑step within 12 months) or QuantiFERON within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care and report observations to supervisor.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Support mobility with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Engage patient to promote stimulation and mental alertness.
• Monitor pulse, temperature and respiration.
• Provide care for a single patient for the full shift during morning hours.
• Weekly pay via direct deposit; paid training and orientation.
• Participate in the complete benefits package for full-time work.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration
• FL State Certification – CNA or HHA with 75 hour HHA training program
