Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our private duty health care team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life.

As a skilled caregiver, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Formación

• Driver's license is required.
• Social Security Card is required.
• Auto Insurance Card is required.
• Current CPR Card is required.
• CNA State Certification is required.
• TB Test results – 2 step or chest x-ray within last 12 months or QuantiFERON gold within last 5 years.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light housekeeping duties including changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhance quality of life and build relationships with patients through conversation and activities.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.
