Job summary

Yellowstone River seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services per individual care plans. You will identify residents, assist with treatments and meals, and document care accurately.

Responsibilities include promptly reporting changes in resident status to the Nurse Supervisor, maintaining privacy, and supporting a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessments and care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
