Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from state.
• Maintain CPR Certification.
• High School Graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (e.g., grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) of residents daily.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food consumption.
• Observe residents and report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Assist in collecting data for MDS and care plans.
• Ensure adequate hydration and assist with meals as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Maintain standard precautions and infection control in daily tasks.
