Job summary

COTTONWOOD CANYON HEALTHCARE CENTER in California is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to their care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and protect privacy.
