Avamere Rehabilitation of Issaquah is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time, all-shifts positions at 805 Front St S, Issaquah, WA 98027. The role focuses on routine daily nursing care aligned with each resident’s assessment and care plan.

Wage ranges from $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience and shift. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, updating care plans, and maintaining a warm, calm environment conducive to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have 10th grade education or above.
• Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state.
• Must maintain and have an active CPR/BLS during employment.

Responsibilities

• Check residents routinely to ensure personal care needs are met.
• Review and update care plans daily.
• Inform nurse supervisor of changes to update care plans.
• Assist residents with daily needs and transportation to activities and appointments.
• Create a warm, patient, enthusiastic environment for residents.
• Ensure rooms are ready for receiving and help residents feel comfortable.
• Participate in facility surveys by government agencies.
• Communicate resident information to charge nurses, director of nursing, or administrator.

Job Summary

The primary responsibility as a Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.

Essential Duties And Job Responsibilities

• Check each resident routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes
• Review resident care plans daily to determine if changes in the resident's daily care
• routine have been made on the care plan
• Inform the nurse supervisor of any changes in the resident's condition so that
• appropriate information can be entered on the resident's care plan
• Assist residents with daily needs, including preparation for activity and social programs, and transporting residents to/from appointments
• Create and uphold an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, and foster a calm and cheerful environment
• Ensure residents' rooms are ready for receiving and help residents feel comfortable
• Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies
• Effectively communicate necessary resident information to charge nurses, director of nursing, and/or administrator
