Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is urgently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time shifts. Shifts run 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am on weekdays and weekends.

You will care for one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring comfort and well-being to improve quality of life. Responsibilities include documenting patient care, aiding mobility, ADLs, light housekeeping, and engaging with patients to support mental alertness.

Qualifications

• CNA state certification required.
• TB test results (2-step) or chest X-ray within 12 months OR QuantiFERON gold test within the last 5 years.
• Driver's license required.
• Social Security Card required.
• Auto Insurance Card required.
• Current CPR Card required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems and report observations to supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light housekeeping duties including changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or meal preparation.
• Enhance quality of life and engagement by talking with patients and participating in activities.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.
