Elite Care Management, Inc. is urgently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time shifts in a private duty healthcare setting. CNAs will care for one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, comfort, and overall well-being to improve quality of life.

Shifts include 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am with weekdays, weekends, and flexible scheduling. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, with benefits and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required in state where you work.
• TB test (2-step) or chest X-ray within last 12 months, or QuantiFERON gold test within 5 years.
• Current CPR certification required.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration
