Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for urgent needs in Naperville, IL. We offer full-time and part-time shifts with a pay range of $20-$22 per hour.

You will care for a single patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities and supporting comfort and well-being. Responsibilities include documenting patient care, assisting with ADLs and mobility, light housekeeping, and engaging patients to promote mental alertness.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Must meet TB testing requirements (2-step TB or chest X-ray within 12 months) or QuantiFERON test within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient care records and report observations to supervisor.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Engage patients to promote mental alertness and quality of life.
• Monitor pulse, temperature, and respiration.

Pay Range:

• $20 - $22 / hour

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration
