Elite Care Management, Inc. is actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our private duty health care team in the United States.

You will work with one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities, comfort, and overall well‑being to improve quality of life. We offer full‑time and part‑time shifts with a competitive pay range and benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA state certification.
• Current CPR certification required.
• TB test within 12 months or QuantiFERON gold within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient care records and report observations to supervisor.
• Assist patients with lifting and transfers to support mobility.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with meals.
• Engage with patients to promote well‑being and mental alertness.
• Monitor vitals such as pulse, temperature, and respiration.

Pay Range:

• $20 - $22 / hour

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration
