Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is urgently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN shifts in Chicago, IL. Pay is $20–$22 per hour.

Each CNA will work with one patient per complete shift, assisting with daily living activities and monitoring health status to improve quality of life. Responsibilities include documenting care, aiding mobility, assisting with ADLs, light housekeeping, and building therapeutic patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA State Certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test results within 12 months or QuantiFERON blood test within 5 years.
• Driver's license and Social Security Card are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor.
• Assist with mobility by aiding patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Perform light housekeeping duties (bed linens, laundry, cleaning, meals).
• Enhance quality of life by engaging patients in conversations and activities.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

• $20 - $22 / hour

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration
