Elite Care Management, Inc. in Illinois is urgently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our patient-centered team. We offer full-time and part-time shifts, with day and night options, and a pay range of $20–$22 per hour.

You will work with one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health, and supporting comfort and quality of life. Minimal requirements include CNA certification and CPR; TB testing or QuantiFERON within acceptable timeframes are expected.

Qualifications

• CNA State Certification required.
• Current CPR Card.
• TB Test results (2-step or chest x-ray within the last 12 months) OR QuantiFERON gold test within the last 5 years.
• Driver's License
• Social Security Card
• Auto Insurance Card

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light housekeeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration
