Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is urgently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time shifts. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, with shifts from 8:30am to 8:30pm across weekdays and weekends.

You will care for one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities and comfort to improve quality of life. The role emphasizes building relationships with patients, observing health status, and reporting observations to supervisors.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• TB test results (2-step) or QuantiFERON gold within the last 5 years required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light housekeeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhance quality of life by building relationships with patients through conversation and activities.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.
