Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Port Orchard, WA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in‑home, one‑to‑one care for clients connected with DOE/Nuclear programs. You’ll support daily living, companionship, and comfort in the home setting.

This PRN role offers hourly pay of $20.00 to $26.00, with full benefits for eligible staff. Dependability, empathy, and the ability to work independently in a non‑facility environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA certification (state-specific) and CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition and follow care plans with EMR documentation.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
