Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is urgently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our private duty healthcare team. You will care for one patient per shift, aid with daily living activities, and support comfort and well-being to enhance quality of life.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts with pay from $20 to $22 per hour, plus flexible schedules and benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid orientation and training, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Maintain accurate patient care records and observations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light housekeeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation and activities
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration
• Current CPR Card
• CNA State Certification
