Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is urgently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time shifts. You will care for a single patient per shift, assisting with daily activities, comfort, and overall well-being to improve quality of life.

The role includes monitoring vital signs and providing compassionate, consistent care in a private duty setting. We offer competitive pay of $20–$22 per hour and a range of benefits, including health and dental insurance, paid orientation

Qualifications

• CNA certification and active state licensure.
• Current CPR card.
• TB test (2-step) or chest x-ray within last 12 months OR QuantiFERON gold blood test within last 5 years.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for certain shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor.
• Assist patients with mobility, lifting, and transfers as needed.
• Help with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Engage with patients to enhance quality of life and provide companionship.
• Monitor vital signs such as pulse, temperature, and respiration.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration
