Job summary

Heritage-Woods-of-Huntle is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide individualized care based on each resident’s care plan. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and maintain dignity while communicating changes to the clinical team.

Engagement with residents and families is valued, with ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings. This role requires adherence to confidentiality and privacy regulations and may include additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care as per resident care plan with empathy and respect.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team promptly.
• Build connections with residents and families to create a positive experience.
• Participate in ongoing education through seminars, meetings, and trainings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
