Job summary

Carriage Crossing Senior Living of Champaign is seeking a dedicated CNA to deliver individualized care according to each resident's care plan. You will assist with activities of daily living and promote independence while preserving dignity.

Join a team that values compassionate communication with residents and families. You will engage in ongoing education, attend staff meetings, and help maintain confidentiality; additional duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per resident care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate, positive manner.
• Participate in ongoing education, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
