Job summary

Heritage-Woods-of-Huntle in Illinois seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident-focused care per individual care plans. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and preserving dignity.

The role emphasizes clear communication with residents and families, participation in ongoing education, strict confidentiality, and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide care with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate and meaningful way.
• Participate in ongoing education through seminars and staff meetings.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
