Job summary

Green Oaks of Goshen is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized care according to each resident's plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity, and promptly report any health changes to the clinical team.

You will engage with residents and families in a heartfelt manner, participate in ongoing learning opportunities, and ensure confidentiality of resident information.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per resident care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
