Job summary

Vivera Senior Living of Jeffersonville is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver individualized care in accordance with each resident’s care plan.

You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, promote independence and dignity, report health changes to the clinical team, and engage with residents and families with warmth and compassion. Training and confidentiality are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Attend educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
