Job summary

Bowman Estates of Danville is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver individualized resident care per their care plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, promote independence, and report changes to the clinical team.

You will engage with residents and families warmly, participate in ongoing education, and adhere to confidentiality policies while performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per resident’s care plan.
• Assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and family members compassionately.
• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
