Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care in a long-term care setting. The role follows resident care plans and assessments, assisting with bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety.

The position requires a valid CNA license, with preference for those who have prior long-term care experience. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to work in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CNA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but required.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessments and care plans.
• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake of food, hair care, nails, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions to care plans; observe and report symptoms or changes to the Charge Nurse.
