Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Texas seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care to residents as outlined by care plans. You will assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility, while ensuring safety and dignity.

The role requires a valid CNA license and a high school diploma (preferred). Prior work in long-term care helps, and you will record vital signs, report changes to the Charge Nurse, and follow resident care policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines such as bathing, feeding, dressing and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
• Observe and report symptoms, changes, or reactions to residents and to the Charge Nurse.
• Carry out duties per resident care policy and procedure.
• Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions to care plans.
